so I deleted the Dreamweaver folder
Deleting the folder and its contents removes the application from the
system but you also need to delete the appropriate entries from the
Windows registry to make sure the system "REMOVES" it completely. As
pointed out by the previous poster, the correct way to remove an
application is by going to the Control Panel (on windows) and from there
you can remove the application.
To clear the relevant entries from the registry, there is a tool
available but I don't know how much you know about Windows Registry so I
can't give you the name here because it can damage the system if misused
by somebody not knowing what he is doing.
