Hi again,

 

Well, there's nothing to uninstall/reinstall with regards to the ExportPDF online service. What happens when you try to sign in via Reader? Also, curious, are you using a networked computer? Is it possible that there may be firewall/proxy setting that are limiting your access to the Internet?
