Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to this.

 

I tried most of the above without success. I'm a little leery about using JQuery and don't want to use any add-on modules. Changing the Z-index made no difference. Using the HTML element didn't work, Possibly I didn't place it correctly.

 

The tutorial link from stardust_sam was very helpful but didn't fix the problem.

 

The link from Nancy was good but I couldn't get mine to work like the demo, I copied the entire code, started a new page and modified as needed to "fix" the problem.

 

Thanks to all and kudos to Nancy for heading me in the right direction.
